About the event
Are our choices our own? Join us for a reframing of Shakespeare’s Macbeth as a ritual spell in which the audience participates.
This groundbreaking production will be performed live on stage at Sol Theatre, followed by a limited run live-streamed film. All who attend will be eligible to be part of the live-stream studio audience and home audience from December 12-15.
LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE: This is not a typical theatrical production. The live studio audience will get to see how a live film is made. You will see the camera operator move along with the actors through the space as it is being live streamed. You may or may not appear in the background of certain scenes. The world of the production includes the witches performing a ritual where the audience watches the journey that Macbeth takes through the story. You are that audience.
